The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of SPARK(Sports, Play, and Active Recreation for Kids) program on related physical fitness and problem behavior of students with developmental disabilities. SPARK is an evidence based PE program designed in order to promote the lifelong wellbeing. Fifteen students with developmental disabilities of 12-14aged participated SPARK program for 12 weeks, per 2 /wk, 60min. We had test health-related physical fitness and CBCL. The data were analyzed by paired t-test and calculated the average values, standard deviation with SPSS 21.0. In results, the SPARK program group showed positive effects in 16m run, push up and sit up. It was significant difference in 16m run, push up, sit up of intellectual disability and 16m run of students with developmental disability, but, it was not significant difference in problem behavior. In conclusions, SPARK program was effects in improve physical fitness related endurance, but didn¡¯t effects in improve problem behavior.
